Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trial

staffdino offers a free trial period till the first bill is generated at the end of the month. You can cancel using the system anytime before it.

Subscription

After the free trial period, your subscription starts automatically. You are required to pay the charges after that to continue using the systems.

Payment

You are required to pay only after your use for the billing period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subsription any time. You can also pause your subscription for some time by sending us an email.

Refund

Our policy states that you are required to pay bills only at the end of the billing cycle after using our services. This means that the payments from your end are always postpaid. Hence, we donot offer refund due to the reason that you have already used the service for the generated bill.
